Refund policy
At EspressoSale, we understand that sometimes things don't quite fit or meet expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure your full satisfaction. Within this timeframe, you can request a return for any reason, no questions asked.
For your item to qualify for a return, it should be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include your original invoice to expedite the process.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at customersuccess@espressosale.com with your order number, and our friendly team will guide you through the process. Please note that returns initiated without prior approval may not be accepted, and return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact customersuccess@espressosale.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for units that have been used, nor for some accessories. If your unit is not working correctly, please contact customersuccess@espressosale.com for warranty support.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, net of fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
