Shipping is free on all espresso machines and grinders!
In most cases, we ship UPS Air direct from distributor, putting it on your doorstep 3-4 business days after you place an order. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it's available.
Note:
- For orders placed Friday-Sunday, or on holidays, we generally ship the next business day
- Major holidays like Black Friday may cause further delays as our team catches up with demand
- Heavier and more delicate products, like the Sanremo YOU and most commercial machines, need to be crated and shipped ground, which takes a little longer.
- Some more popular products, like the Rocket Appartamento TCA, sell out quickly. If the product you ordered isn't in-stock, you'll be notified via email and given the choice to cancel or wait for the backorder to be fulfilled
- On very rare occasions, products that ship from Europe get stopped by US Customs, which can delay arrival a little

Espresso machines and grinders always ship free, there are some shipping costs if you order stand-alone accessories.
Sales taxes are handled on a state by state basis, but most of our orders are shipped tax-free!
