Shipping policy

Shipping is free for orders $399 and up. Turnaround is typically 4-5 business days from when an order is first placed, but may be extended due to holidays or other shipping related delays. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they're available.

Shipping insurance may be automatically added to you order. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that this insurance provides coverage for loss, damage, or theft of your shipment during transit.

You may opt to remove this insurance coverage prior to completing your order; however, please be advised that removal of shipping insurance means you assume full responsibility and risk for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during shipment. In such cases, Espressosale shall not be liable for replacement, refund, or compensation for damaged, lost, or stolen items. By removing shipping insurance coverage, you expressly waive any claims against Espressosale for shipping-related incidents and acknowledge that you have been informed of the risks associated with uninsured shipments. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms regarding shipping insurance coverage.

For orders that ship without insurance, but arrived damaged, please contact us. In most cases we will opt to repair rather than replace items, as is the industry standard for commercial grade appliances.
